Begin with Yarn A.
Ch 7 (counts as 1 dc + 3 ch) * 3 dc, 3 ch, repeat from * 2 more times, 2 dc.
Fasten off, invisibly join the round in the 5th ch of starting ch-7.

Attach Yarn B to any ch-space, start with a standing sc.
